USDA Inspected Slaughter and Processing

 

We are now offering USDA inspected beef processing!

We slaughter inspected animals on Mondays.

When you schedule your animal make sure to let us know that you would like it to be inspected.

Producers can bring in their own animals and have then inspected and then can resell the meat however they choose.

Canceling or rescheduling within 14 days of your appointment will result in a $100 fee per animal.

Your cut sheets need to be called in or emailed within the first 7 days for your animal being delivered to the locker.

If the animal is being sold to someone other than the name the appointment is under a list with names, numbers, and amount of portion they are taking needs to be left with the office when the animal is dropped off.

Meat will be processed and packaged under your business name with your own prices.

Your label will have to be submitted and approved before use, so please submit it at time of scheduling.
