Custom Processing

 

At Weaver Meats we specialize in the butchering of beef, pork, and sheep.

Make sure to call at least a couple of months in advance to get your animal on the schedule.

The meat you bring in is the meat you will get back!

Canceling or rescheduling within 14 days of your appointment will result in a $75 fee per beef/ $25 per hog.

If the animal is being sold to someone other than the name the appointment is under a list with names, numbers, and amount of portion they are taking needs to be left with the office when the animal is dropped off.

The cut sheets can be filled out and emailed back or dropped off at the office. You can also call and fill out a cut sheet over the phone.

Once your animal is done you will be notified via phone call. Once you have received your call you will have 7 days to pick up your product before storage fees will be applied to your bill.

Please remember to bring coolers or boxes to take your meat home in as we do not supply boxes or bags. There will be boxes available that can be purchased at time of pick up.

There is a 3% transaction fee on all Credit cards

If you do not have a beef or pork but would like to purchase one for custom processing we can set you up with a local farmer.

Beef processing takes around 12-16 days from start to finish.

The beef carcasses hang for 10-14 days.

Beef weighing over 950 lbs. will have additional handling and material fees.

Cut sheets need to be emailed/called in within the first 7 days for your beef being delivered to the locker.

If you are dropping off animals for your customers a sheet with their names and information needs to be left at the time of drop off or emailed that morning!

Pigs can hang for up to 2-7 days. In addition to hang time the pork processing can take up to 10 days depending on bacon, ham, and custom products.

Cut sheets need to be emailed/called in with the first 48 hrs of your pig being delivered to the locker.

If you are dropping off animals for your customers a sheet with their names and information needs to be left at the time of drop off or emailed that morning!
